Chemsex Education/Prevention

Programs that provide information about chemsex and the use of drugs to enhance or prolong sexual experience generally. Included may be printed materials, videos, and/or structured workshops and presentations in the community regarding the risks linked to sexualized drug use for physical, mental and sexual health; harm reduction practices and protection from HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B and C, and other sexually transmitted or blood borne infectious diseases; and how to get help. Individuals who have a history of GBL or injection drug use, unprotected intercourse or sexual contact, multiple sex partners, or sexually transmitted infections are considered to be at high or increased risk and are targets for prevention and awareness efforts.
